1.      Discussion – Greenleaf Bench and Bike Rack
        Decision Required: Whether to approve and make a budget adjustment.

        This item was discussed at the last worksession.  The Mayor and Council instructed staff to notify the  surrounding neighbors and feedback has been provided as a result.

2.    PG County 10 Year Solid Waste Plan Position
        Decision Required: Whether to take a position.

The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will address.

3.    Stormwater Remediation Letter to Prince George’s County
        Decision Required: Whether to send.

See attached letter and memorandum.

5.    Belleview Traffic Proposals
        Decision Required: Whether to alter the traffic pattern.

CM Riazi has placed this matter on the agenda at the last Worksession and asked for staff input.  Mr. Torres has prepared a memorandum regarding proposed alternatives.

6.    Booms and Music Festivals
        Decision Required: Whether to write a letter to the County.

The Mayor has placed this matter on the agenda and will discuss.  He will relay the results of expressing the Town’s concerns to the Nellis Corporation regarding the music festivals.

7.    African American Museum in Brentwood
        Decision Required: Whether to make a contribution.

CM Cook has placed this item on the agenda for further discussion.

        Decision Required: Whether pursue a bond through the legislature.
